Minstroy Holding AD has proven traditions and experience in the fields of mining of metal ores (lead and zinc ores), processing and enrichment of extracted ores in compliance with ecological standards, construction together with full engineering of turnkey projects in the fields of the industrial and civil construction, power construction, energy infrastructure, electricity generation from renewable energy sources, as well as in the hospitality sector with the development of mountain and balneo tourism.
The corporation holds concessions for exploitation of nine deposits of metal mineral resources – lead and zinc ores, of which seven are located in the Rhodope ore basin in the Republic of Bulgaria and two deposits in the Republic of North Macedonia: Zletovo (Probistip Municipality) and Toranitsa (Kriva Palanka Municipality).
Four fully modernized enrichment plants and four Mining waste facilities (tailing ponds), which are part of the mine extraction and processing complexes of the mines in the Republic of Bulgaria and the Republic of Macedonia are also owned by Minstroy Holding AD.
The holding funded, built and manages its own facilities for electrical generation from renewable energy sources, mostly photovoltaic and small hydropower plants with total capacity of over 50 MW.
Minstroy Holding has implemented systems and holds international certificates for:
